The Boot purchase IS the MOST important part of the equipment purchase and the right fit can make or break your day and season. Boot companies, sizes, models, liners all differ. What feels good in one model/size, might not necessarily feel good in another model but same size. That's where we come in. Pelican will make sure that you get the right fit. Our Expert Boot Fitters will spend valuable time with you making sure the boot you picked out fits the best. And, Pelican will go one step further! We will let you actually SKI or RIDE with the boot to test it out and make sure it's the right one. Because actually using the boot for how it's intended feels much different then standing in the shop with it on. How do we do that? Easy - we let you use it. Please use the boot that we recommended for you for one day - if it just doesn't feel good = simply bring it back! Pelican will give you FULL Store Credit towards a new boot. Simple. Of course, we ask that you treat the boot with respect until you decide - please put on in the lodge and don't walk from your car with your boots on - that's what Boot Bags are for!
