• Full front and rear double skin, seamless, welded hoods with hand polished accents.
• Flush-mounted infrared rotisserie burner with a high-capacity motor capable of turning over 100lbs.
• 27,500 BTU main burners are made from high-temperature stainless steel and have exclusive twice-lanced, double-row port design with dual crossovers for extreme even heating and perfect caramelizing results.
• Integrated smoker with dedicated 7,000 BTU s/s burner accommodates wood chunks for cold smoking.  Smoke ejector system distributes smokes throughout before rising to the food zone, creating intense smoke flavor.
• Available in built-in and cart models with optional 27,500 BTU Sear Zone ceramic infrared burner system.

• A.  Dual Side Burner.  All commercial stainless steel with heli-arc welded seams, featuring two 17,000 BTU burners with electronic ignition.  Recessed top and s/s cover for protection from wind and elements.
• B.  Commercial Griddle.  3/16” solid stainless steel plate with side and back splash, great for teppan, fajitas, breakfast or juicy burgers.
• C.  Steamer/Fryer.  Drops into any Alfresco grill to steam, fry or boil.  All s/s.
• D.  Wok and Wok Ring.   All stainless steel, for use on the side burner or on the grill.
• E.  Standalone Sear Zone.  Our  ceramic infrared searing burner in a convenient, self-contained unit.
• F.  Food Warmer.  Features 3 removable stainless steel food pans and a slide-out drawer for Sterno-type fuel canisters.

Bartending
True All-Weather Performance

For many, entertaining begins with a great libation.  Alfresco’s bartending centers let you entertain like a pro with all s/s construction, bottle rails, and insulated ice compartments.

• A.  Large Bartending Center.  Available in a 30” built-in cart model, or a 42” refrigerated cart model, our large bartender features a sink with removable cutting board, towel bar, bottle opener and cap catcher.
• B.  Medium Bartending Center.  24” unit has all the features of the large model without the sink or towel bar.
• C.  Small Bartending Center.  14” unit features a sink, insulated ice bin and bottle rail.

Refrigeration
True All-Weather Performance

Alfresco is proud to have been the first company to introduce a true all-weather refrigerator that works even  in extreme high and low temperatures.

• A.  7.25 cu. Ft. Refrigerator.  All s/s construction featuring a high velocity, fan-operated evaporator and wire shelves for optimal air distribution.  Operates in extreme hot or cold temperatures and is adjustable from 30 to 60 degrees F.  Optional keg kit allows conversion to keggerator in seconds.
• B.  Under Grill Refrigerator.  All s/s construction and featuring two marinating drawers with removable food pans and 4 cu. ft. of space behind the door.  Available separately as a built-in or with 42 and 56” cart model grills or 42” Bartending Center.
• C.  Countertop Refrigerator.  Real commercial drop-in unit features mechanical cooling with insulated cold wall technology.  Temperature adjusts from below freezing to 38 F.   Can be used as a bottle cooler, mug froster, pony key cooler, or fill with ice to create a self chilled ice bath.  Removable s/s food pans for burger or salad bar, or to keep condiments cold.

• C.  Waste Chute & Trash Center.  Waste chute features sliding cutting board with s/s cover.  Trash center holds standard trash can out of sight.
